Manali to Spiti Valley

Approach Chatru and Batal as you make your way to Kaza via the breathtakingly bleak brown-badland environment. At the August Kunzum Pass, at a height of 14,931 feet, we get our first chill before descending into Losar Village, the first in the Spiti Valley. By traveling to Ki Monastery, Gete Village, and Kibber Village to see the ancient monastery that was constructed on what is said to have been the crater of an extinct volcano, as well as the highest motorable road in the world. One of the best-preserved gompas in the area is the one located above the village. You are Rewarded With Some Excellent Views Of The Damul Village On The Return Journey To Kaza. You will arrive at Chandertaal Lake around afternoon, where you can take in the picturesque views of the lake till evening. Be on the lookout for evil and guard the pass. Breakfast at the Kaza's hotel. Travel to Tabo, the only other village in the Spiti Valley, as we continue our journey. Cover the Dhankar Valley en way. Cover DhankarGompa, which perches dangerously on the edge of a precipice between eroding granite pinnacles. If you have the time, trek an hour above the settlement to the gorgeous turquoise Dhankar Tso or Dhankar Lake, which gives views of the valley and the twin peaks of Mane Rang (6593 metres). Once you've seen the attractions, proceed to Tabo. The 1020-year-old Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and well-known for its historic paintings that show the life of The Buddha and detailed depictions of gods, is located in Tabo, also referred to as the "Ajanta of the Himalayas." Watch Rani Nala, Marhi, Gulaba, Kothi, Palchan, and Nehru Kund when traveling over Rohtang Pass. Arrive at Manali and spend the night at the hotel. Accommodation, Breakfast& Lunch or Dinner

Visit a Pashmina Shawl Factory on the way, and in Kullu, try your hand at white water river rafting. Vaishno Devi Temple, Hanogi Mata Temple, Pandoh Dam, and Sunder Nagar Lake are more locations to see en route. Continue your trip back to Chandigarh while carrying wonderful recollections in mind.
